Introducing a case where a laser processing machine was introduced with the manufacturing subsidy!
We would like to introduce a case where our laser processing machine "Speedy 300 flexx" was introduced to Matsuda Stone Industry Co., Ltd., which is engaged in stone construction. To start engraving memorial tablets, they applied for a manufacturing subsidy and decided to introduce our model that is equipped with both CO2 and fiber lasers. Basically, it is used to engrave letters and names on stone nameplates, but they are also prototyping acrylic and leather with the CO2 laser, and stainless steel and mirrors with the fiber laser, challenging themselves with new product development. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenge: They wanted to start engraving memorial tablets. ■Results: - Since it is equipped with both CO2 and fiber lasers, they can now process acrylic jigs with CO2 and stone and metal with fiber. - They can achieve delicate engravings that are difficult with sandblasting. *You can download the PDF or click on the related links below for more details.
